Volunteering at Refuge is a great way to make a difference in someone’s life while allowing God to shape yours! Whatever the task, each member of our Impact Team plays a part in the life-transformation that happens each week at Refuge.
Refuge Kids
Refuge Kids is dedicated to partnering with parents to lead the next generation to experience the love of God, say YES to Jesus and THRIVE in new life with Him!

Guest Experience
The Guest Experience Team creates environments "from street to
seat” that help people feel truly welcome and create a sense of belonging.
This includes things like greeting people at the door, setup and teardown, & prepping refreshments for everyone to enjoy.
Prayer
From Sunday services & worship nights to prayer walks, this team helps create opportunities for our church to be prayed for/over & to pray for the world around us
Music
The Refuge worship team exists to create opportunities for people to encounter God together through music, cultivating a relationship with Him and
praising Him for who He is and what He’s done.
Tech (A/V)
From creating/displaying engaging on-screen visuals to running the sound board, our tech team plays a huge role in creating an environment where people can encounter God each Sunday!
Online Church
This team helps us bring our Sunday services to those who can't be with us in-person. This team not only operates our online systems & platforms, but they help our online experience feel like a community no matter how much distance is between us!
Creative
The Creative Team assists in our creative communication efforts of social media, web, & graphic design.
Group Facilitator
Refuge Group facilitators create safe spaces where people can build healthy relationships and grow in faith & life together by getting into God's Word together, praying for each other, and helping each other take the next steps on their faith journey.
Operations
The Operations Team ranges from admin help to communications to strategic planning.
